After a very long delay we are proud to announce
a new release on our microlabel:
Aguan Alphabet - a mystical journey inspired by
old scriptures, a ethno-folk collaboration of
John Astor, Sergei Klein and Alexandr Kohanovski.

We have uploaded some extra mp3 clips
for "The Village Scenes" release.
In the meantime the Tsukimono CD-R was totally sold out.
And, yes, nearly all of our releases are now available
to listen and to download at last.fm!

Our last release in 2007 is the work of Matsutake,
a one-man project that moved to Moscow lately.
"The Village Scenes" however was recorded nearly
a year ago in Khabarovsk in Russia and deals with
poetry, farming, amateur and folk arts and various
mental diseases. A chaotic, uncompromising,
electroacoustic, noisy, collage-style work. We guess it
fits into New Year's crazy mood perfectly. Delicious!

"Legendary Secret Songs" by ukrainian undergound
band Foa Hoka from Chernigiv/Kiyv.
It is a compilation of various cute works by the group
from 1999-2006 and covers a wide spectrum of
music - from "industrial folk" to "uneasy listening".
The release comes in a beautiful fold paper cover
artwork and is strictly limited to 50 copies. Enjoy!

The release of the "Aguan Alphabet" has been postponed.
The delay is quite undetermined but we hope someday
the world will see this fascinating release.
Instead, there will be a nice work of the legenday ukrainian
band Foa Hoka coming up on Arterija very soon!
November, 11.11.07 new online release
This is our 10th release and its a first compilation on our label.
It briefly represents the contents of past, present and future
releases that are to come on Arterija.
Konfetti iz konfet is a sweet small collection of works by
artists mostly from russian and ukrainian underground.
Stylisically it is post soviet louge easy listening pop with
a bits of glitch and sometimes even new wave! Have fun!

One more party will take place in Odessa again!
With the big support of Cardiowave label this time we
will hear new elektrofolkey works from ELEKTROHERD
and glitchy tracks from Ceckj and psychedelic folk songs
from Vladimir Nessi plus some exclusive and extraordinary
limited dj sets from the legendary DJ Овощное Зёрнышко!
The event will take place on Friday, 21 of September in
"Vyhod" club in Odessa, Ukraine.
And there may be an afterparty in the newborn "Center" club
located located on Zhukovskogo/Yekaterininskaya
street in Odessa as well.

Hello everyone!
Arterija.org will have a small party in Odessa, Ukraine
featuring ELEKTROHERD mit CECKJ and UKR.TELE.KOM
The event will take place on 1 and 2 September in a
club located on Zhukovskogo/Yekaterininskaya street.
There will be live plays, laptop/vinyl dj sets and lots of fun!
Everyone is invited. Support the Ukrainian Underground!

A first debut release of the Ukr.tele.kom formation is brought now
to your attention. Mostly based in Odessa, Ukraine, this
half-improvisational project by ukrainian underground musicians
and DJ's can be considered an indeed international affair, sometimes
including guests and collaborators from all over the world, such as
Joel Grip and Andreas Werliin from Sweden, Steven Garling
from Germany, Mark O'Leary from Ireland to name a few.
It is a compilation of short electronic sketches and quite
spacious and lengthy improvisations played live with various
guests from abroad in various venues and on happenings all
around Ukraine and Europe. Despite its slightly raw and dirty
sounding this is an ambitious and promising record pushing
the development of this project into right direction.

Some more music from E. Gorbunov from Khabarovsk,
who is currently residing in Moscow making pop.
This time he presents us his Matsutake project
triggered back in far east Russia. An improvisational
electroacoustic avant collage, exploring the various guitar
sounds processed on computer, simply called Guitar vs PC
Quite chaotic and noisy in places nevertheless a hard and
complicated work is available now on Arterija. Have fun!

It is a mini-album made to support the
Suló
album by
ELEKTROHERD which was released in March 2007.
It is available as a free mp3 release on Earth Monkey
Productions and features some alternate versions
and outtakes from Suló. It is also consists of some
spoken poetry samples of the Earth monkey's
Resting Bench Remix Project - hence the name of
this mini-album - Suló Bench. Download it from here and enjoy!

A brand new pure spring-like release from the Odessa
underground folk legend Vladimir Nessi is finally out now.
We are really sorry for the extreme delays in releasing it,
most time was spent by doing a very difficult artwork and recording
the tracks for this single of course - everything was finished just
before our label moved to Germany.
But while in here we will do provide a more detailed and intense spotlight
on what is going on in underground Ukraine - the first of such things is
limited to 50 copies CD-R Sosulka mostly available in mp3 as well.

At last, after so much requests and emails kind of "When will you put out
a new release?" we are happy to announce the electrofolkacoustic Suló
album by the enigmatic Elektroherd band.
This limited and issued under black color CDR has ten tracks total
and a bonus untitled track by Ceckj.
Besides for the first 5 people who buy it we will include a
limited promo of this album with some outtakes and
alternate versions, so download the mp3's
and if you like it - be sure to get it!

We're being really busy these days. Lots of new releases
are being prepared and we will try to make them appear here every month.
The upcoming release by Elektroherd is being renamed from Sulo to Suló
and will be available in a couple of weeks.

His another release "Imagine the Composer" is
expected to be released on Glitchpunkyouth soon.

Ceckj features with an excerpt of his track "Seasummer"
on a CD compilation released recently by our very friendly
Cardiowave label which is dedicated to the 10th anniversary of
the Atmosfera radio programme. It features music from the
established and legendary Odessa and Kiev artists as well,
such as Vladimir Nessi, Biblioteka Prospero and Masha Moxley.
